What is otuSectionConfigSignalDegradePeriod?
Reports an integer in seconds (2–10 range, default 7) specifying the measurement window for OTU signal degrade detection. A shorter period enables faster alarm activation; a longer period reduces sensitivity to transient burst errors. Example value: 7 (standard 7-second observation period).
