What is oduTcmCConfigSignalDegradeThreshold?

This OID reports an integer percentage value (0-100%) that defines the quality threshold below which TCM C layer raises a signal degradation alarm. When monitored signal metrics drop below this percentage threshold (commonly set to 15%), the alarm indicates unacceptable service quality for that logical connection. Operators adjust this threshold based on SLA requirements and acceptable quality floors per customer.
