Required procedure type to be used for software download. legacy(1) is the default value. This parameter is NOT stored in the database and will be reset to default after SNMP Agent restart.

What is neSwUpgradeType?

This read-write enumeration selects between legacy(1) and revised(2) software upgrade procedures, determining the operational flow for firmware downloads. Network administrators must set this parameter before configuring any upgrade-related parameters like IP address, username, or password. Example: writing revised(2) activates the newer upgrade mechanism with enhanced validation and rollback capabilities.
