Description:

The sliding time of the next backup action (default: midnight local NE time).

What is neAutoBackupNextActionAt?

This timestamp specifies when the next automatic configuration backup will occur (defaulting to midnight local time). It can be adjusted to avoid peak traffic windows. An operator would change this to 2 AM if backups were causing performance dips at their current scheduled time.
