What is facilityPhysThresholdSignalToNoiseRatioLow?
Reports a numeric threshold in decibels (dB) or as a raw ratio value representing the minimum acceptable signal-to-noise ratio for the optical channel. When actual SNR falls below this threshold, the bit error rate increases and the link becomes unstable or unusable. A typical SNR low threshold might be 15 dB for a long-reach coherent interface.
