What is facilityPhysThresholdRoundTripDelayLowThres?
A read-write integer threshold in nanoseconds for the minimum acceptable latency measured round-trip on the optical facility path. Operators configure this to detect disconnections or rerouting that would increase measured delay beyond normal propagation. A typical low threshold might be 100000 nanoseconds for a 10-kilometer fiber span.
