What is facilityPhysThresholdChromaticDispersionHigh?
A read-write integer threshold in picoseconds per nanometer (ps/nm) representing the maximum cumulative chromatic dispersion tolerable on the optical path before signal degradation. Chromatic dispersion causes pulse spreading that reduces receiver sensitivity and increases error rates. A typical high threshold is 8000 ps/nm for 400-kilometer uncompensated spans at 100Gbps.
