What is transientThres1DayExceededOtuSES?
This OID generates an alert notification when the optical transmission unit section experiences too many severely errored seconds in a 1-day monitoring window. A severely errored second is a 1-second period where the signal quality drops significantly. A network operator would watch for this alert to detect optical fiber link degradation that needs investigation.
