What is transientThres1DayExceededOduTcmASES?

This notification-type alert fires when the 1-day threshold for Severely Errored Seconds (ASES) in ODU Tandem Connection Monitoring (TCM) is exceeded on an optical transport module. ASES counts intervals where error rates exceed defined thresholds in optical digital hierarchy monitoring. An operator would receive this trap to respond to degrading optical circuit quality and initiate corrective maintenance.
