What is transientPmSnapshotEnded?

This notification is triggered when the system finishes saving a reference value snapshot during performance monitoring operations. It marks the completion of a transient or temporary performance data capture process. Network operators use this event to synchronize post-capture workflows or confirm that reference baseline values have been successfully saved.
