What is transientIntrusionRx?
This is a notification event that fires when the system detects an unauthorized intrusion or unexpected signal activity on the receiver fiber of an optical interface. It uses the GRADHT-AT (Gain Ranging) mechanism to identify when the optical signal characteristics deviate from expected normal behavior, indicating a potential security breach or physical disturbance. Network operators would monitor this trap to quickly detect and respond to fiber-level security incidents or physical tampering on optical transmission lines.
