What is transientFwpSwitchRejected?

This trap is generated when the ADVA optical transport system attempts a firmware switch operation but the action is rejected due to validation failures or resource unavailability. The rejection may occur if a prerequisite condition is not met or if the switch is incompatible with the current system state. An equipment operator receiving this notification would investigate the cause of the rejection (logs, firmware versions, system state) before attempting the switch operation again.
