What is scAttGradientTh?
Reports a numeric threshold in dB/km representing the maximum allowed rate of signal attenuation change on the receive fiber. Attenuation gradient monitoring detects fiber tapping intrusion attempts and physical fiber damage, triggering INTRUDE-RCV or INTRUDE-TRMT alarms. Example value: 0.5 dB/km or 1.0 dB/km.
