Description:
The Operational State will be displayed on the GUI with full name values; it will be differently displayed in TL1 syntax according to TL1 display rules.
What is physicalPortOperState?
This read-only parameter reports an integer enumeration of the port's real-time operational status (up, down, testing, unknown, dormant). Operational state reflects actual traffic-carrying capability for network health and availability monitoring. Example: A value of 1 (up) indicates the port is active and successfully passing traffic; value 2 (down) indicates signal loss or disabled state.
