What is opticalMuxTrmtChannel?
This read-only object identifies which optical wavelength channel is being transmitted through the optical multiplexer, derived from the port configuration. Optical muxes use wavelength division multiplexing to send multiple channels (different colors of light) over one fiber. An operator would check this to verify correct wavelength allocation, troubleshoot cross-connection issues, or confirm proper channel mapping in DWDM (dense wavelength division multiplexing) systems.
