What is opticalMuxOperState?
Provides an enumerated integer representing the overall operational status of the multiplexer (in-service, down, testing, etc.). This critical state is displayed in network dashboards and triggers alarms when the equipment transitions to non-operational states. Example value: 1 for in-service/up state.
