What is opticalMuxForceLaserOn?
Returns a boolean or enumerated state (0/1 or off/on) controlling whether the optical transmit laser is forced into the on state regardless of normal shutdown triggers. This is used in network operations to keep the laser active for optical signal transmission or maintenance testing despite fault conditions. Example: 1 (forced on) maintains laser output during diagnostic testing.
