Configurable high threshold of the Optical Power Transmitted (output)
What is optThresholdConfigHighConfig?
A configurable numeric threshold (in dBm) for the maximum acceptable optical output power to prevent fiber and receiver damage. When output power exceeds this limit, a high-power alarm triggers. Example: Set to +3.0 dBm to warn if transmitted optical power on a 10G port climbs above safe levels.
