What is oprThresholdConfigHighConfig?
A configurable numeric threshold (in dBm) for the maximum safe optical power that a receiver input can tolerate before saturation or damage. When received power exceeds this, an overpower alarm activates. Example: Set to -8.0 dBm to protect a sensitive receiver from excessive inline booster amplifier power.
