Description:
Operational parameter for invoking a connection test procedure. If set to ntpTest(2) then a connection with remote NTP server is being checked. Result of this operation is saved under ntpServerTestStatus column. When operation finish then value is automaticaly set to rls(1). It cannot be set to rls(1) by hand
What is ntpIPv6Test?
Reports an integer enumeration that triggers on-demand IPv6 NTP server connectivity testing (rls=1 or ntpTest=2). Operators use this to quickly validate IPv6 NTP paths independently, critical in dual-stack environments. Example value: 2 (initiates IPv6 NTP test).
