What is externalPortRowStatus?
Controls the lifecycle state (creation, active, modification, deletion) of an external port configuration row using standard SNMP RowStatus semantics (values 1-6). Network operators use this to dynamically provision or decommission optical external port interfaces without full system restart. Example: setting RowStatus to 'createAndGo' (4) automatically creates a new external port entry with default parameters for an OTU interface.
