What is alarmThres15MinExceededPhysConvCV?

This notification fires when the number of coding violations (signal errors) detected on the physical layer exceeds a configured threshold during a 15-minute measurement window. Coding violations indicate signal quality degradation on the fiber link. An operator would receive this alarm to investigate optical signal problems and take corrective action.
