What is alarmThres15MinExceededOtuES?
This notification fires when the 15-minute errored seconds threshold is exceeded on an OTU (Optical Channel Transponder Unit) section. Optical network operators use this alarm to detect and respond to increasing error rates in optical transmission paths before service quality degrades.
