What is alarmThres15MinExceededOduSES?

This notification is sent when the number of Severely Errored Seconds (SES) detected on an Optical Data Unit (ODU) path exceeds a predefined threshold over a 15-minute monitoring interval. Severely Errored Seconds indicate periods where signal quality is severely degraded on optical transport paths. Network operators use this alarm to detect and respond to optical link quality issues affecting data transmission.
