What is alarmReceiverDisabled?

This notification is generated when the alarm receiver (used for out-of-band management or external alarm relay) becomes disabled, indicating that out-of-band management access may be lost or alarms are no longer being forwarded to external systems. It signals a loss of auxiliary management capability. An operator would receive this alert to immediately recognize reduced management connectivity and take corrective action to restore out-of-band access for critical operations.
