What is alarmOpmAbnormalCondition?

This notification (trap) is sent when an Optical Power Monitor (OPM) detects degraded optical signal conditions on a line. Degraded conditions indicate potential signal attenuation, fiber damage, or equipment malfunction. Operators receive this alert to investigate optical link quality and take corrective action such as cleaning connectors or replacing damaged fiber.
