Description:

TCA - Fixed high threshold of Laser Temperature has been crossed.

What is alarmLaserTemperatureTooHigh?

This notification is triggered when the laser temperature on an ADVA FSP optical module crosses a fixed high threshold, representing a Threshold Crossing Alert (TCA). High temperature can degrade optical performance and shorten module lifespan if uncorrected. Network operators receive this alarm to initiate cooling or replacement actions before optical signal quality deteriorates.
