What is alarmCapabilityLevelMismatch?

This notification indicates that a pluggable module's capability level does not match the capability level configured or expected by the system. Capability levels define which features and protocols a module supports. An operator receives this alarm when a mismatched or incorrect module is installed and needs to install the correct hardware.

Examples

Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):
