What is alarmBrPwrRxTooHigh?
This is an alert notification that fires when received light power on a fiber optic port becomes dangerously high, potentially damaging the receiver. Excessive power can overwhelm sensitive optical components and degrade signal quality. An operator receives this alarm and must immediately investigate the optical configuration, checking for loose connectors or misconfigured optical levels upstream.
