Description: The TRAP is to report RTU coldstart to Manager. RTU agent will send this trap once every minute until Manager got it. Manager will specify RTU system time(adslAturSysInfoSystemTime) right after having got the trap. Parameters: Magic Number = 00112233445566778899AABBCCDDEEFF Version Number = 110502_REL4_S Product ID = 0x1234 Vendor ID = 0x0572 DataPump Version = 3.25
