What is usrAdslOpState?
This OID reports the high-level operating state of the ADSL transceiver, with numeric codes representing idle, data, test, or startup modes (0 to 134). Engineers use this to quickly assess whether the link is active and ready for traffic, or if it is stuck in startup or test mode. A value of 2 may indicate the transceiver is in data mode and ready to forward traffic.
