What is cfTotalBytesRead?
This OID accumulates the total amount of data (in kilobytes) that clients have read through the CIFS acceleration service. Engineers use this metric to understand CIFS traffic volume and cache effectiveness for Windows file access patterns. A value of 5000000 represents 5 gigabytes of data read by clients over the lifetime of the CIFS acceleration service.
