What is vuniIlmiStatsColdStartRx?
This OID tracks Cold Start traps received on a specific virtual UNI (Integer32), scoped to that vUNI instead of the entire physical link. Engineers use this to isolate which virtual circuit is experiencing restarts if the overall physical link appears stable. A rising counter on one vUNI while others stay constant narrows down which virtual circuit is flaky or rebooting.
