Description: The lower bound of the VPI for SVC connections.

What is virtualUNISvcMinVpi?

This sets the lowest VPI that dynamically-created SVC (Switched Virtual Circuit) connections can use on this VUNI, ranging from 0-255. Engineers configure this to reserve lower VPIs for permanent PVC connections while segregating dynamic SVC traffic to higher VPIs. A value of 10 means SVC connections must use VPI 10 or higher on this VUNI.
