Module: ACMIB

OID (symbolic): ACMIB::virtualUNISvcMaxVci

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1751.2.18.5.19.1.11

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: The upper bound of the VCI for SVC connections.

What is virtualUNISvcMaxVci?

This sets the highest VCI that SVC connections can use on this VUNI, ranging from 0-65535, effectively limiting the maximum number of simultaneous SVCs. Engineers configure this to prevent resource exhaustion and ensure stable PVC service even under SVC load. A value of 50000 means the VUNI can support up to 50000 concurrent SVC connections.
