What is virtualUNIOperStatus?

This shows the actual operational state of the virtual UNI as determined by the system, reflecting whether it can handle traffic. Engineers monitor this read-only value to confirm that their administrative changes took effect and the VUNI is functioning properly. A value of 'inService' means the VUNI is up and ready; 'outOfService' means it cannot accept connections.
