What is virtualIntfConfigRowStatus?
This controls whether a virtual interface configuration row is active, inactive, or should be deleted from the system. Network engineers use this to enable, disable, or remove virtual interface configurations without losing all settings. A value of 'active' means the configuration is in use; 'notInService' means it's stored but not operational; 'destroy' removes it entirely.
