What is virtualIntfAvailBwEgr?

This shows the available bandwidth for a virtual interface in cells per second in the egress (outbound) direction away from the backplane. Engineers monitor this value to understand remaining capacity and determine if new connections can be admitted without congestion. A value of 5000 means 5000 cells per second are still available before hitting the interface limit.
