This OID is a counter of ICMP Timestamp Reply messages sent by the device in response to time queries from other systems. Network engineers use this counter to verify that the device is actively providing time information for network synchronization services. For example, a matching value of 118 timestamp replies indicates the device answered all 118 incoming time requests.
