What is viprVpnStatsIcmpOutParamps?

This OID counts ICMP Parameter Problem messages sent when the device receives malformed IP packets with invalid header fields. Network engineers examine this counter to detect misconfigured devices, software bugs, or protocol violations that could cause performance problems. For example, a value of 3 indicates the device found 3 packets with bad parameters and had to notify the senders.
