What is viprVpnStatsIcmpOutEchoRPs?

This OID is a counter of ICMP Echo Reply messages sent by the device in response to ping requests from other hosts. Network engineers track this metric to verify that ping/echo responses are being generated and to establish baseline traffic patterns for the device. For example, a value of 12345 indicates the device has sent 12,345 ping responses since the last reboot.
