This OID tracks the count of ICMP address mask reply messages that the VPN device received from the remote network. These replies arrive in response to address mask queries and are part of older network discovery protocols that may still run in legacy environments. If you see this counter at 15, it means the remote site sent 15 address mask replies in response to your device's mask queries.
