What is viprSubChnlViB?

This OID stores a bandwidth allocation value (range 0-4096) that controls how much link bandwidth this subchannel can use. Engineers adjust this to ensure fair bandwidth sharing among multiple subchannels. For example, setting it to 1024 reserves about 25% of available bandwidth (1024/4096) for this connection.
