What is viprSubChnlVci?

This OID stores the Virtual Channel Identifier for ATM connections, ranging from 0 to 4096. Network engineers set the VCI to identify the specific ATM virtual circuit used by this subchannel, working together with the VPI to uniquely address an ATM connection. For example, VCI 32 combined with a specific VPI identifies one particular virtual channel on an ATM port.
