What is viprSubChnlStatsTimer?
This counter stores how long the statistics collection has been running since the last device reset or statistics reset. Network engineers use this to determine whether the stats are stale or recent, and to calculate rates of packet loss or errors per unit time. For example, if this reads 3600, the interface has been collecting statistics for the last hour.
