What is viprSubChnlStatsOutOdometerCellCountHiB?
This OID contains the high 32-bit counter of odometer cells transmitted out of the physical ATM, Frame Relay, or bridge interface (Integer32 read-only). Network teams monitor this to ensure their physical egress capacity is being used and to spot transmission congestion before users complain. If this counter increments at a much lower rate than the ingress counter, traffic is being dropped at the egress interface.
