This OID contains the high 32-bit counter of odometer cells sent out from a routing interface to another destination (Integer32 read-only). Network operators use this to verify that the device is successfully transmitting traffic and to compare egress throughput against ingress to detect potential bottlenecks. If this counter shows no increment over 5 minutes, it signals that the outbound connection may be down or disabled.
