This lower-order counter holds the low 32 bits of outbound cells on the physical interface, enabling accurate measurement on high-capacity links. Comparing inbound and outbound cell counts helps you spot asymmetric traffic patterns or link problems affecting only one direction. A lo value of 1,200,000 represents 1.2 million cells being counted in the lower range.
