What is viprSubChnlStatsOutCellCountLoA?
This lower-order counter tracks the low portion of outbound cells on the routing sub-channel, giving you an accurate total for high-speed data paths. During troubleshooting, you'd compare inbound and outbound cell counts to verify symmetric communication and spot one-directional failures. A value of 3,500,000 means 3.5 million cells are being counted in the lower range.
