What is viprSubChnlStatsOutCellCountHiA?

This high-order counter measures the upper portion of ATM cells transmitted from a routing sub-channel to a remote destination. A network engineer checks outbound cell counts to confirm that data is leaving the interface and being delivered to peer devices. If this reads 8, the interface has sent 8 × 2^32 cells in the upper counting range.
